adequate stay near the station

convenient locationsticky stainsexcessive charge
the location was convenient being so close to the train station.
My room wasn't particularly clean. I noticed sticky stains under the desk. more concerning was the charge for storing my bags after checkout, i paid £6 to store a cabin bag and rucksack for a short time. i felt this was excessive, especially since i was already a paying guest.

the location proved ideal because it was very close to the train station. i had a very clean bedroom, and bathroom. i managed to check in a bit early, a helpful accommodation. the staff showed to be friendly and accommodating.
the window lacked adequate soundproofing, i hear a lot of noise from the corridor, especially at night. this made it slightly difficult to rest and relax properly. i think improvements to sound insulation are needed.
